List of all Pro-Wrestling TV Shows in America (2019)


This guide contains the most up to date details of nearly every professional wrestling TV shows in America. In this guide, you'll find an overview of the promotion, how to watch their shows, and what to expect from the shows. This will be updated as information becomes available on each show. 

WWE

WWE is the premier wrestling company in the United States they run weekly TV, tour worldwide and have a little something for almost every type of American wrestling fan. Currently, WWE runs two shows on USA Network. WWE Monday Night Raw airs live on Monday evenings at 8 pm ET on the USA Network in the United States. On Tuesday nights at 8pm on USA Network, WWE airs Tuesday Night Smackdown. WWE Smackdown It will return to over-the-air broadcast television on Friday, October 4, 2019, live from Los Angeles on Fox. WWE has a third program NXT which airs a one hour program every Wednesday night at 8pm Eastern. In it's current form NXT is a taped program. NXT will go live for two hours on USA network starting September 18th and this will be the status quo for the foreseeable future. For two weeks, WWE will be available on USA Network 2 hours per night from Monday through Wednesday


There is a second tier of WWE programming on TV and streaming. NXT UK airs a one hour taped program every Wednesday at 3pm EST on the WWE Network. 205 Live goes live after Smackdown at 10pm EST on Tuesdays and is a WWE Network exclusive. WWE Main Event is taped before Raw goes on air and an exclusive for Hulu subscribers. In total there are at least 10 hours of new WWE content on TV or available via the WWE Network. This guide is not inclusive of WWE Network special events, documentaries, or original programming.

All Elite Wrestling

All Elite Wrestling premieres on Wednesday, Oct. 2, from 8 p.m. ET to 10 p.m. This is the first time pro wrestling will appear on TNT in 15+ years. AEW is partnering with WarnerMedia will provide exclusive multi-platform access for fans to watch AEW events, airing live weekly matches on TNT in prime time, as well as streaming them through WarnerMedia’s B/R Live and on pay-per-view. AEW has mostly had free events which you can rewatch on BR Live. 

ROH

Ring of Honor, commonly referred to as ROH is one of the larger wrestling promotions in the United States. ROH does not air on national TV and is syndicated through Sinclair Broadcasting stations. Many marquee stars in the WWE such as Daniel Bryan, CM Punk, and the popular tag team The Young Bucks made names for themselves within this promotion. Their main TV programming, Ring of Honor Wrestling may not be available in your area, but you can find out how to watch ROH on a local broadcaster. Ring of Honor program does not air live, but you can view their archives and old PPV content with a subscription to Honor Club.

Impact Wrestling

TNA was rebranded to Impact Wrestling. They do not use the six-sided ring as of this writing. IN the United States you can watch Impact Wrestling on Friday 10pm EST on the Pursuit Channel! The Pursuit Channel is outdoor themed and is only available in 45 Million Homes - Impact Wrestling is an odd programming fit, but the channel and programming are owned by Anthem Sports and Entertainment. IMPACT! is simulcast on Twitch in the US every Friday night at 10pm EST. The comments section on Twitch is very active. In addition to Twitch stream, you can view archived Impact Wrestling content using their Impact Plus service for $8 per month.

NJPW

New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) is one of two wrestling programs available on the AXS channel. NJPW is a Japanese wrestling promotion and the in-ring action has a different structure and timing than what you will find in many American promotions. American wrestlers such as Kenny Omega, Jon Moxley, Cody Rhodes and Chris Jericho have all had stints with New Japan over the last 5 years. In recent memory, NJPW is responsible for the "Bullet Club" faction and incredibly popular t-shirts. You can watch NJPW on AXS every Saturday at 9pm or sign up for NJPW World to view their previous events, pay per views, and more. NJPW World is only $9 per month.

WOW

Starting July 13, summer Saturday nights on AXS TV will feature an eight-week recap of “WOW – Women of Wrestling” Season 1 matches. The show’s 24-episode second season premieres on Sep. 7 at 8/7c, when a stable of new and returning Superheroes — WOW’s branding for its wrestlers — will try to take the belt off of Tessa Blanchard. Among all that other all-female action, “WOW – Women of Wrestling” Season 2 will also feature a single-elimination tournament to crown tag team champions.

FITE TV

Although this is not a traditional wrestling promotion FITE TV is a hub of MMA, Boxing and Pro-Wrestling events from around the world. There are thousands of events available live and for on-demand streaming. Events are free or purchased on a per-event basis. Most independent promotions including those listed in this guide offer their events for purchase such as Insane Championship Wrestling, House of Hardcore, Global Championship Wrestling, and many more.
